Information we collect
When you complete a contact, partnership or player interest form, the team collects the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, message, playing experience and optional résumé. We do not ask for medical history or government identification through these forms.
Why we use it
Submissions are used to respond to requests, assess sponsorship inquiries, and review player interest. We do not publish applicant information or sell inquiry records. Access to submissions is restricted to authorized team administrators.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in the team's database. Optional résumés are held outside the public web directory and are not accessible by public URL. Team management should set and follow an internal retention/deletion schedule before collecting live applications.
Third-party destinations
Links to league ticket sales, official merchandise shops and social media lead to independent websites with their own privacy policies. External analytics are not enabled unless configured by the team.
